1 shallot紫蔥
2 tsp garlic 蒜蓉
1 chilli 辣椒 (optional)
300g minced pork 免冶豬肉
1 tbsp oyster sauce蠔油
2 tbsp chilli sauce 豆辧醬
Salted fish 鹹魚 (optional)
40ml rice wine 米酒
2 big eggplants 咖子
300ml chicken stock 雞湯
1 tbsp corn starch 生粉 + 3 tbsp water 水 (打茨用)
